RETURN POLICY
Not 100% in love with your spraii product? No problem babe. Returns or store credit can be done within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Please email us at info@spraii.com with your order number and reason for return to get the process started. 

Please note:
- customer must pay for return postage
- original shipping fees are non refundable 
- item must be returned in original condition (undamaged, unused)

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
We try our best to quickly start the order process babe- so once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes. However, we will do our best to accommodate any changes before the product is packaged and shipped - please email or DM us ASAP. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Spraii is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxed incurred on international shipments. These are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges vary.
